About Counselling

Bottling up your thoughts can affect the way you feel and relate to those around you. Talking to a trained listener, can help. I am not there to judge you or tell you what to do, but to enable you to identify and explore what is going on in your life.  We are all valuable whoever we are whatever we have experienced; the past does not have to cause harm in the future. We all have the potential to grow and change given the right environment in which to do so – even when facing tremendous difficulty. I offer one to one counselling for individuals wanting to explore ways to improve their lives.  If you believe that talking to someone might help, you can contact me to book an introductory counselling session, or simply to ask questions and find out more.

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

― Carl R. Rogers, A Way of Being
